How to buy the products?

Click on the BUY PRODUCTS on the top menu. You will be directed to products page where you can select the product you want to purchase. You can also use the search form provided to type the name of the item you are looking to buy.

How do you handle deliveries

Deliveries are bundled together with your purchase if you opt for shipping. The actual price is determined by your location from our main offices. You can find all our rates by visiting the following page: Shiiping Rates.

Do you have refund/cancellation policies?

How do you handle returns?

In as much as we strive to provide high quality service, in a case where you received a wrong product or you are not happy with the product, we have a return policy. Check the footer under legal heading.

2. PAYMENTS

Which payments methods do you support?

Velocity Auto uses the Paygate payment method. This method allows you to pay for your products using your Credit Card/Master Card.

How can I sell my products via Velocity Auto?

We have set out a registration process on the website header. Click the link for more details.

How does this work?

  • The first step is to complete the registration with Velocity Auto.
  • Velocity Auto will open an easy to use channel for you to add your products
  • When customers buy your products via Velocity Auto, you pay only a little percentage of the item purchased.
